- Avoid exercise, saunas, and excessive sweating.
- Keep skin hydrated with the recommended serum or recovery gel.
- Mild redness or dryness is normal.
- Use only gentle, hydrating cleansers and serums.
- Avoid exfoliants, acids, or retinoids for 5–7 days.
- Apply SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure.
- Skin will feel smoother, tighter, and more radiant.
- Continue your post-care products as instructed.
- Maintain hydration and use sunscreen daily.
