Punctuality

At Derma Advanced, your time and experience are our top priority.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure the best service experience. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and your provider’s time is dedicated solely to your treatment.

If you arrive late, we offer two options:
1. You may choose to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.
2. You may reschedule for another time; however, depending on the circumstances, a $25 USD same-day rescheduling fee may apply.

Please understand that punctuality allows us to provide the exceptional care and attention that every client deserves.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens — but we ask for your courtesy and communication.
To respect the time of both our clients and team, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations.

  • No-call / No-show: $50 USD fee

Security Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Refunds

All products and services are non-refundable.
Service packages expire one year after the first session is redeemed, and gift cards expire one year from the purchase date.

Concerns or Grievances
